The Mass Care Team (MCT)
of the Palatine Emergency Management Agency (EMA) recognizes the
critical need to keep all members of their teams current and active
as a response organization. To that end, the MCT
continually participates in special events, and conducts training
and exercises for its team members. Many of these opportunities
occur regularly while others happen with very little notice. To find
