Tom,

Last night our CERT class attended the fire training w/ Fred.  Everyone really enjoyed it and had nothing but compliments for Fred.   Two weeks ago Jim taught our Search and Rescue class and, as with Fred, everyone enjoyed it.

Paul (Northrop lifer) taught the Terrorism class and has also attended all of our training sessions. (I would be remiss if I also didn't point out that all of our in-house training staff trained with your program originally.)

I wanted to say a very big  "Thank you!!!"  to you for the support PEMA has provided for our initial in-house class.   This would not be happening if you and your staff had not started such a successful program in Palatine and been willing to support us.
