Palatine Emergency Management Agency

The mission of the all-volunteer Palatine Fire Rehab Team is to provide rehabilitation services to firefighters engaged in emergency operations and training exercises at the request of the Palatine Fire Department.  Trained members of the Palatine Fire Rehab Team intervene to mitigate against the physical, physiological, and emotional stress of firefighting with medical monitoring and strategies to restore equilibrium .  The Palatine Fire Rehab Team works in accordance with the guidelines and standards set forth by the Palatine Fire Department and the National Fire Protection Association.
